RSL Shop may replace or refund an item if it has a major problem.
A major problem with a product may involve;
- If it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it (i.e. if it is broken)
- If it is unsafe
- If it is significantly different from the sample or description
- If it doesn’t do what is said it would
RSL Shop is not required to replace or refund if you have changed your mind.
Please keep your proof of purchase.
This policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law.
